Refund policy

1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in substantially the same condition as received.
  • Be unused beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  • Include all accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Where permitted by applicable law, returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Products showing excessive wear, use, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
  • Products that have been punctured, cut, overinflated, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products returned without proof of purchase.
  • Products returned outside the applicable return period.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ardionglobal.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

4. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If the return results from our error or a defective or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label where appropriate.

5. European Union Consumers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits those legal rights.
