At SplashMode, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how they are processed.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You validly exercise your legal right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period.
  • Your returned item has been received and approved following inspection.
  • You receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled by SplashMode.

Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method or account.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Please note that processing times may vary between banks and payment providers and are outside our control.

Partial Refunds

Where permitted by applicable law, a partial refund may be issued if:

  • the returned item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning;
  • components, accessories, or original packaging are missing;
  • the returned product is incomplete or otherwise reduced in value.

Any reduction will be proportionate to the diminished value of the returned goods.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be available, where permitted by law, if:

  • the product has been intentionally damaged, misused, modified, or repaired after delivery;
  • the return does not meet the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy;
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer resulted in failed delivery;
  • customs duties, import taxes, or similar government charges have been incurred, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping Costs

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law.

Additional charges for express, priority, or premium shipping services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a payment dispute.

We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using available order, payment, shipping, tracking, and delivery documentation.
